What: Find and fix issue that prevents the club's Raspberry Pi from automatically connecting to the internet to pull the latest Scheduler updates.
Why: So that the Pi will won't require manual intervention to get repo updates.
Where: Modify necessary files in networking_startup_process branch in RaspberryPiSetup repo.
