What are the steps needed?

Basically create an asset there and put as files this repo release(that we will make).
Ideally I want all major platforms tested, after mac signing and testing ios we should be good to PUBLISH!!!!

I say we finally publish to asset store as is, it's not great but then again, when will it ever be.

No logo. I was thinking of reusing whisper or whisper cpp logo

I think if we can't think of something godot-whisper might be ok as a wordmark. I remember many Discords servers renaming and changing their logos because they reused a project's identity.
