Train Event Data Needed

• Add Train Collision Events to the Event Data Collector

I put all of the events together for a test scenario and realized having train collision data gives us the ability to pull back proximity information later and I feel like this will be pretty important to have on hand in the data.

• Add Current State to Every Event
