Sometimes when I close the game this error pops up

The only thing I know about this error is from this issue I opened up last night godotengine/godot#68443

This error on closing the game does not seem to effect anything and it isn't bothering me in anyway right now other then an annoying popup is appearing on exit.

I can't reproduce this to be persistent. It happens sometimes. It is very random.

The error has happened in both exported releases and in editor on exit.
