cannot play dota 2. when you click play, loading vulkan shader until 100%, an then it will never launch.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. open steam,
2. click play dota 2
3. dota 2 not launching.

Hello @ftmhz, there's a known kernel regression in 6.8.9 which was tracked and resolved in https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/amd/-/issues/3343. You could reboot into an older kernel until 6.8.10 (or newer) is packaged for your distro.
