Update go wrapper

Hello! Сan you replace the go - wrapper with mine repo (https://github.com/angelskieglazki/gns)? (or I can create pull request)
The upstream repo is inactive and contains some deadlock issue.
My colleagues and I use the GNS c++library and are going to keep updating go-wrapper for latest c++library.
