  • User can file a complaint after selecting authority and can choose to make it public or private depending on the situation that can be configured
  • Admin Panel for authority
  • Kanban Dashboard for admin and
  • Stages for Complaint - Lodged, Looking Into , Reviewed, Taking Action, Forwarded , Resolved, Incomplete (not active)
  • At every stage the admin has to add a remark of what the actions will be taken
  • Community for locals, depending on type of complaint
  • Depending on type the complaint form
  • Company can be given a seal of authorization
  • Give solution to issues that are pending so that people can solve it
  • Stream Complaints from Social Media
  • Push Notifications if time permits (this can be done).
