this is my first time writing a linear regression algorithms

It's andrew ng's exercise in the second week of his course ( machine learning in coursera )

i should predict which city is the best for me as an owner or ceo of a restaurant to get more profit . we've some data of the population of a city and its profit , and throughout this data we have to predict which is the best city for getting more profit
