Add a Contacts feature to Redmine.

Install according to the instructions at www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/Plugins (no migration necessary)

Restart Redmine

Navigate to Administration -> Custom Fields -> Users

Create User fields to hold contact information such as phone numbers

Navigate to Administration -> Plugins -> Contacts -> Configure

Select the User custom fields that you set up as Contact fields, and save

Go to the Contacts tab
