To find the jupyter config file

In jupyter_notebook_config replace '/home/vicky/jupyter_version_control/notebook_v4_to_py.py' with the correct location of the file that you downloaded from github.

To convert Python script back to Ipython notebook

If youwant to build the ipython notebook from the python file use python py_to_notebook_v4.py -f py_filename.py
