Problem Definition: Collage administrators often struggle with manually tracking and maintaining student attendance records, which can be time-consuming and prone to errors.
Objective: The main objective of this project is to develop a web-based application that allows collage administrators to easily track and maintain student attendance records, as well as generate reports and alerts for students with excessive absences.
Module Definitions:
- Input module: Allows collage administrators to input attendance data for classes and lectures.
- Report generation module: Generates attendance reports for individual students or entire classes.
- Alert module: Sends alerts to students and their parents for excessive absences.
