Some basic blockchain Rest API implementation. The service allows:
- creating new node in blockchain network
- creating a single chain with genisis block initialization for each node
- perform mining (Proof-Of-Work), adding new transaction to the chain
- synchronisation between nodes with Consensus algorithm
