Lind Innovation's Euros IRC Client
This is in very early stage (pre-alpha), as of now I am working out the core architecture of the IRC Client Library which is targeting .NET Standard 1.4. There is a UWP client place holder project that references this library that I use as a build reference to ensure its UWP compliant.
