- first argument: input .seq file
- second argument: minimum recording temperature (in Celsius)
- third argument: maximum recording temperature (in Celsius)
- optional argument (
--celsius
): if recording was in Celsius (default is Kelvin) - optional argument (
--debug
): if you want to create all directories anew each time
