Another intermediate project from the C# academy

Features

  • Uses entity framework to control the database.

  • Tracks contacts, phone numbers and their emails

  • Validaiton for phone and emails based on regex

  • Using SQL Server

Challenges

  • First time working with EF and SQL server, took a bit to understand how they work

Lessons learned

  • EF is an incredible ORM and it was very nice to work with it
  • SQL server was less complicated than i imagined, but there are a surprising amount of features in it.
