Bed Leveling needs to updated for SW and Trident

The bed leveling section reads:
V1, SW, Legacy: Z_TILT_ADJUST, SCREWS_TILT_CALCULATE
A user tried to enable Z_TILT on a Switchwire because they misunderstood this. Also the reference to the Trident is missing.
I'll take care of this change, this issue is so that I don't forget.
