Setup of Tension Knob and Anti Squish Thingymajig are not documented

Page 29 of the SB manual discusses the purpose of the Anti Squish Thingymajig and Tension Knob but doesn't talk about how to adjust them. The manual should go into this just as it does with the setting of the gear meshing. Or at the very least, put in a link to Dr Dave's excellent video that covers both subjects.
