Communication between Discord and Garrysmod
Set DISCORD_TOKEN, DISCORD_BOT_ID, DISCORD_LINK_CHANNEL_ID and DISCORD_WEBHOOK with the lua cookie library.
(Optionally DISCORD_AVATAR)
E.g. run this in the server console:
