Update external resources

Hello, Thank you for providing this tool. I have a question regarding the external databases that this tool relies on. Can the user update the OMIM and HPO files in the db/ folder? Also, this tool seems to rely on phenolyzer which uses multiple external databases. How can we update the databases that phenolyzer relies on if we want to update every 3 months?
