Potential improvement to indexing/autocompletion

I've noticed experimenting with the queries that there are a lot of "stopwords" in English used in disease nomenclature. Perhaps we should actually not filter these in the analyzer/suggester in elasticsearch as we were doing by default. May return better results.

I have dealt with this appropriately. This is easy to remove if we want to in the future. For now, I'll close this.
