Change HPOlink search to multi-match

This is so we can search disease terms with HPO linked terms by both disease name and HPO term link and rank by the two combined for better results. Hopefully not too hard to change. May have to reindex, however.

Done. Reindex, just combined queries, didn't need "multi-match". Closed with PR #91.
