Tools to read in and store dust optical constants for WISCI
- Present optical constants from the website database for plotting or download along with useful information such as references (full ADS), methods (what was measured n/k), etc.
- Caclulate optical constants by mixing of species from the website database, make these values available for download with necessary metadata.
- Extrapolate optical constants by means of Kramers-Kronig relations.
