Steps for Installation

• Install Python 3.6

  • Steps for ubuntu < 16.10

    • sudo add-apt-repository ppa:deadsnakes/ppa
    • sudo apt-get update

  • sudo apt-get install python3.6

• Install pip3.6

  • curl https://bootstrap.pypa.io/get-pip.py | sudo python3.6

• Install required dependencies

  • sudo pip3.6 install -r requirements.txt

• For FCGI install Flup-py3

  • git clone https://github.com/romeojulietthotel/flup-py3
  • cd flup-py3
  • python3.6 setup.py install --user

• Note :- Openssl version > 1.0.2g required

Steps for running

• Run single test

  • python3.6 prototesting/prototesting.py jsontests/test1.json

• Run multiple test

  • python3.6 prototesting/prototesting.py jsontests/

• Run FCGI test

  • Export ATS_EXEC and PHP_CGI varibles with path to respective binaries e.g.
    • export PHP_CGI=~/trafficserver/AtsFastcgi/InterceptCPPAPI/bin/
    • export ATS_EXEC=~/trafficserver/opt/ts7.1.1/
  • python3.6 prototesting/prototesting.py jsontests/fcgi/fcgiServerGet.json
