WebQA_0904_concat_newimgid_newguid.json is a smaller version of WebQA_train_val.json？

Thanks for the question!
WebQA_0904_concat_newimgid_newguid.json was the old (non-split) version. Later I split them into the train_val and test files. You can just replace it with the filename on your local directory.
