Creates a shortcode for spoiler tags. It uses the HTML <details> and <summary> tags, so it works without JavaScript! It's not supported in Edge (EdgeHTML) and Internet Explorer though.

1. Upload folder `wiidatabase-spoilers` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory;
