I use RAD (Win32->.exe)
- release win32
- Project/Setting/Linker/dynamic RTL -> off
- Project/Setting/Time Package/Link With Time Package -> false
- Project/Clean
- Project/Build
->Build it may take a while to Build But result is any Other computer can run .exe easily
