1.Create an application and get bot token here
2.Install Python 3.6 or higher on your PC.
3.Open command line,and type "pip install -r requirements.txt".
For Windows: Go to 'python folder'\Scripts\ Shift+right_click to open Command Shell here and type "pip install -r requirements.txt".
4.Start the bot once and edit config.json .
5.Start the python app and enjoy!
