perl script to parse Acme Packet CDR files and add the AVP name to the field
NOTE: Only FULL record output is supported, i.e. vsa-id-range must have all vsa's or be blank. Interim records are currently skipped due to complexities of determining the type of interim record.

cpan[2]> install DBD:SQLite
cpan[3]> quit
First run "createdb.pl" in order to create the SQLite database based off the provided CSV files in the 'db' directory.
After the database is created, you can run "parsecdr.pl" on your CDR file in order to update it. The output file will append "_out.csv" to the end of it.
Run Once or After CSV file update:
createdb.pl
Then:
parsecdr.pl <cdr filename>
