I have a practice with large number of providers, how to script it

I need to create users/provider through a script. Been doing it through the UI and my hands are getting tired. This practice has over 30 users/providers. Has anyone explored scripting or inserting rows into DB?

We added a feature that lets you import practices and providers using a JSON import file. See #22 for more details
