the title says it all -- we need to make similar changes to the sustaining/4.0 branch as we did for sustaining/3.0.

Is sustaining/4.0 going to be a stabilized version of the last FR supplied master branch?

We are going to deprecate sustaining/3.5.x and continue with the current master which already uses JFrog. This issue is no longer valid.
