RDP settings files for connecting to QA VMs

Placing the .rdp files in the appropriate location

Make sure CoRD is not running.

Place the files in the setup folder you cloned from the repository into:

~/Library/Application Support/CoRD/Servers/

Start CoRD to see that the new servers have been added to the table
