例如，ron mg 8k -8k 0 0将会宣告玩家2点了玩家1的满贯。可以使用k也可以全写。但是1.1k不被允许。
tsumo <语音> <对每个人的点数增加值>
宣告自摸。
ryuu - <对每个人的点数增加值>
宣告流局。必须加上-且前后必须有空格。
