Pipeline control: AXI GPIO channel 2 width mismatch causes the system to crash

It has been reported that the python object for the pipeline control logic becomes corrupted upon execution of the Composable.load method as a result of width mismatch in channel 2.

Initial steps are to investigate and try to reproduce.

The problem arises when the channel 2 of the AXI GPIO is connected directly to a DFX decoupler.
