Cannot upload sketch to T5 v2.13

Hello,
I've followed the instructions on this repo and got up to the point where the board and the library is installed. Whenever I try to upload the sketch, I'm getting an error A fatal error occurred: Failed to connect to ESP32: Timed out waiting for packet header
I'm on Windows. When I connect the device through USB, I see a new COM port in the device manager. If I open serial monitor on Arduino IDE, I can see the board communicates information on 115200 baud. But the default values for the board when uploading is different. Even if I set them the same, the issue is still there. Is there any other step that we need to do in order to upload sketches to the device?

The method in this issue works for this version of the board as well:
- Short IO0 to GND
- Press the reset button
- Upload the sketch
