Specified folder/zip file does not contain a valid library

Hello.
I download the ZIP of this library and Arduino IDE reports "Specified folder/zip file does not contain a valid library" when I try to add ZIP library.

This is not a library, please do not add it to libraries, please place it in another directory and follow the instructions in the README!
