USB disconnects after a few seconds

T5-4,7 S3 on Windows 10
I tried to load first sketch with arduino ide, OWM_EPD47_epaper_v2.5, no error.
However, the screen remained that of the newly purchased device, I tried to reload the sketch but it gave me some errors, after a few times the screen began to disconnect from the USB after a few seconds. I've tried updating USB drivers, changing cables, but to no avail.

1.Connect the board via the USB cable
2.Press and hold the BOOT button , While still pressing the BOOT button, press RST
3.Release the RST
4.Release the BOOT button
5.Upload sketch
6.Once sketch is uploaded, press and release RST
