Usability issue with `shinyjqui::draggableModalDialog`

This is in regards to shinyjqui::draggableModalDialog

For keyboard / screen-reader users (visual impairment), the dismissal of the modal is not optimal - instead of putting the user back where they were, the focus of the tab movement resets and the user is forced totab all the way back to where they "clicked" the modal launch button.

Hmm, this appears to be a general Shiny issue....I'll open an issue there.
