Modification:
- Removed the "Fix Usage Monitor.exe" as it was unsigned and collided with some virus programs. Now the menu option will open a folder with "Fix Usage Monitor.bat". Rightclick -> open as Administrator to run it if necessary.

- Added full setup GUI and guide that automatically starts on install.
- All user settings from now on carry over to future updates. This includes individual user index variables for the metrics, active dropdown boxes, set top-bar metric & update interval setting.
- You can now directly see in the preferences, what Boxes are shown/hidden & what update interval is currently set.
- Added a statistics box, that shows total read/write & down-/upload data since the last system start.
- You can now press TAB in the Setup to skip to the next index.
- When you press ENTER the next index automatically is selected.

- The interval setting now properly works. The multipicator was 10x to small.

- On default, every box and setting is enabled (only on a fresh install). You can change them to your requirements.
- The Setup GUI Background now has a slight blur.
- Changed some box metric alignments. They now scale better with all themes/fonts/character spacings of Droptop-Four.
- The input boxes in the setup GUI automatically show previously set/active Index numbers. If nothing is set it will show "Index".
- You can now see in the preferences what version you are currently on.
