(Only for Windows 7. Windows 8 and later comes preinstalled) - Python 3.7.x or newer, installed to PATH.
(Python 3.* from Microsoft Store also works and doesn't require add to PATH)
No installation required
Note: From now on release build will include 3rdparty by default
