Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the reference for QC fluorescence is based on the average fluorescence among PCAWG HM450K samples. It would be better to select HM450K samples based on matching WGBS data: to keep HM450K for which the methylation profiles match the WGBS methylation profile.
