Currently the legends overlap if multiple group labels are provided and are not fully visible

This is also an issue coming from gg2heatmap() in BiocompR. I will take care of it with the other related issues.

yes this fixed the issue, the legends are now located further apart and further to the right margin.

Hi Yoann,

I attached you an image of the current legend. So it is showing what it should show but it is currently shifted to the right. This could potentially still be a thing to fix. It would look better if the two group legens would align on their left :)

Hi Anja,

To change the size of the legend space use the option lgd.space.width. By default its value is 1, but you can go negative to make it smaller on the final plot.

The legend justification issue is another issue, so you should report this in a separate issue (Please only post the screen capture of the legend, without the heatmap).
