Javet + Quarkus experiment
By default, quarkus builds to local ./target

Build runtime image while still depending on local mvn build

DOCKER_BUILDKIT=1 docker build -t javet-quarkus:local --progress=plain .
docker run --rm -p 8080:8080 javet-quarkus:local
Nativetracing, with GraalVM/Mandrel in path:
