Performance regression introduced in frame-wise packing

As pointed out by @DJATOM (78ddeea#commitcomment-55291648) and also verified by Doom9 users, the current implementation of RGB pixel packing is causing performance regression during playback.
Probably, this will be fixed if packing is integrated into VS filter chain.
