You need to rebuild the entire lib-iec61850 before making or launching anything else.
Publisher function : used to publish on a specified interface in the script run_sv_publisher.sh Start/stop/exit command : when you launch the program : terminal ask you to press the button "A", so that publication of SV begins. You can use CTRLz to stop the program then the terminal will ask you if you want to continue : press "B" or press "C" to exit of the program
Subscriber function : used to subscribe to a specific stream, configurable in the script run_sv_publisher.sh the program identify the stream (APPID, MAC,Dataset) At each stop (CTRLz as mentionned previously) a log file is generated in a directory (example : logfiles) log file contains the time between the acquisition of two consecutive SVs and the jitter
You can use docker to launch these programs into containers. please see the docker_v2 directory
I used "gnome-terminal -x" in my scripts to to open two separate windows in which 1 publisher and 1 subscriber are executed, this makes it easier to view for me but if you don't have ubuntu delete it from run_sv_xxx.sh scripts
You need to ajust interface name in run_sv_xxx.sh scripts in function of your own application
You can also specify in run_sv_xxx.sh the time in [min] ou want the program to execut (especially for automatic docker tests)
