Put Bounties on players for others to kill them!
Ie Steve could add a bounty of $x to Jeff, when someone kills Jeff, they will receive the $x that Steve set!
Commands:
- /bounty <get/me/add/top/about>
- Bounty displayed under nametag
- Configurable message for when bounty is claimed
- Lots of fun
