Convey you can give orders during pause

Somebody was annoyed that in the campaign there is no pre-game queue like in multiplayer to set up a base. I suggested a pause, turned out he didn't know you can give orders during a pause. Most other RTS games restrict actions during pause very heavily (often can't select stuff or even move camera) so the ability does seem very non-obvious to the point people don't even try.

And of course apart from a pre-game setup, very "strategic" SP players, or perhaps even MP with friends, might want to do tactical pauses. Or even dev- and content-creator adjacent stuff like preparing an artificial fight via /godmode for a glamour screenshot or checking unit relationships.
