SimpleLinuxRamDisk is a minimalistic example for a linux-kernel 3+ blockdevice-driver. It implements only the basic methods, that are needed to for creating a filesystem, partitioning, mounting and data transfer. The driver is based on the "sbull"-driver from "Linux Device Drivers" (3. edition), you can get a pdf for free at lwn.net.
The driver documentation, in german, is stored in /doc/tex, as Dokumentation.pdf.
