Matlab GUI for total reflection x-ray fluorescence measurements on layered surfaces
- For raw spectra, type XeRayGUI(), or x = XeRayGUI() to start.
- You can also sepcify one or more files to load within the parameters of XeRayGUI, such as XeRayGUI(file), or XeRayGUI(fileCellArray).
- For integrated spectra, type XeRayGUI2(), XeRayGUI2, or x = XeRayGUI2() to start.

- Tested for air/liquid, and liquid/liquid surfaces
- Should work for all kinds of flat layered structures
