Custom loading screen for my FiveM server.

Features
- Kinda resmbles original GTA V loading screen
- Does the sky to player transition like the original GTA V
- Smooth transitions between images and between the loadscreen and the game
- Loads server name and icon automatically
- Configurable
- Shows custom slides or loading info (TODO; currently only shows loading info)
