Prepare the Graph-cuts optimizer with the following link: http://www.wisdom.weizmann.ac.il/~bagon/matlab_code/GCmex1.9.tar.gz

Unzip the 'GCmex1.9.tar.gz' and complie the graph-cuts mex file following the corresponding instruction.
